Train- Pathankot Railway Station is the nearest one to the Bir-Billing. It is around 150 KM away from Bir and is well-connected to places like Jammu, Amritsar and Delhi. To reach your final destination you can opt for a cab.
Road- The town is well-connected to some of the major cities of northern India via Biajnath. You can take a bus to reach Baijnath and then take a taxi from there to reach Bir. It is 30 KM away from the bus stand.
